Oil painting of the Schuylkill River bridges in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Painting was worked from a photo reference that snapped while biking along the River trail. I painted to convey the cool and warm atmospheric elements that originally drew me to the scene, emphasizing the strong architectural elements and eliminating unnecessary details by finding the balance between abstraction and reality.
